I’m an exited entrepreneur. I led our family business to be acquired for a very healthy multiple after 20 years of blood, sweat, and tears. Working with my spouse and a partner, we grew one small dental practice into a multi-location group practice with $17M in revenue.
While raising a family, I held varied roles in the business from the ground up; from bookkeeping to leading over 100 employees! The business grew every year, but with that growth came struggles with people, profit, and cash flow. Revenue looked amazing, but we struggled to cover payroll and debt. The people struggles were burning us out. Even with my spouse and partner, it was lonely at the top!
Those struggles led us to Traction and EOS. After hiring an implementer and using the EOS tools and coaching, our revenue grew 65% in 4 years, but with less stress. Better yet, our profit more than tripled, and we had more cash in the bank than ever!
Since the acquisition, I’ve combined my passion for EOS with my passion for helping people grow and thrive. We harnessed the power of EOS to get so much more of what we needed and wanted out of our business; I’m here to help other entrepreneurs do the same.
