About

Jeffrey grew up with a teacher for a dad and a school nurse for a mom. That home taught him the meaning of servant leadership and how to truly make an impact on people.

That foundation led him to a career as a Chick-fil-A franchise owner across multiple markets and states. He was able to grow his business over 1,000%. He won several accolades during his long career with Chick-fil-A from leading the chain in mobile sales to year over years sales growth benchmarks.

Early on he hit a hard truth: he had become the ceiling. Everything ran through him, and the business couldn’t grow until he learned to delegate so he could focus only on what only he could do. That same challenge showed up when he became an operator coach, walking new franchise owners through their first two years. He helped them navigate the exact issues he had faced breaking free from being the bottleneck, building real accountability, and scaling without burning out so they could lead instead of just manage.

He’s carried those same lessons into other businesses he owned and into supporting business development in the corporate world.

That’s when he discovered his passion: using servant leadership to help other business owners push through the hard stuff, celebrate the wins, and get their freedom and their life back.
