Throughout my career I have learned to truly value and appreciate people and teams.
I spent 15 years in the automotive business, with an emphasis on team building and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
In 2007 I transitioned into the waste, recycling, and demolition business. By 2011 I became a Partner and Chief Operating Officer. During the next decade the business grew from 30 to 200 employees and experienced all the pains of a growing business. With a strong Vision and Traction against that Vision, the business became a dominant player in the waste and demolition sector. In 2022 we successfully exited the business. I stayed on with the acquiring company for 2 years as Director of Integration.
I’ve been a member of TECCANADA The Executive Committee since 2019.
I’ve also served as Treasurer at a local private school and been involved in several fundraising campaigns.
I have a genuine passion for helping others succeed. I’m excited to share my experience and knowledge with entrepreneurs and leadership teams.
My number one goal is getting everyone in your organization on the same page with where you are going and how you are going to get there!
