I believe great leadership starts with listening.

My leadership style is grounded in patience, understanding, and creating an environment where people feel valued, heard, and respected. The strongest teams are built on trust, healthy communication, and a shared vision — and that’s exactly why I’m passionate about implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®).

What excites me most about EOS is the transformation it creates inside organizations. I’ve seen firsthand how clarity, accountability, stronger communication, and a compelling vision can align leadership teams and energize entire companies. When everyone is rowing in the same direction, businesses gain traction, leaders gain confidence, and teams begin achieving results they once thought were out of reach.

My background includes leadership experience in both the automotive aftersales industry and the waste, demolition, and recycling sector, where I served as Partner and COO. Over 15 years, we scaled the business from 30 employees to 180 while maintaining a strong bottom line and building a healthy, sustainable organization.

Today, I help entrepreneurial leadership teams live “the EOS Life®” — doing work they love, with people they love, making a meaningful impact, being compensated appropriately, and having the freedom to pursue the passions that matter most outside of work.

Personally, those passions include spending time with my family, serving within my church community, excercise and cars!

I genuinely love the work I get to do every day because I see the impact it creates — not only in improving business performance and increasing company value, but in helping owners and leadership teams rediscover energy, joy, and purpose in the work they do together.

Because when a leadership team truly clicks, business stops feeling heavy — and starts becoming deeply fulfilling.
