I’ve been a Certified EOS Implementer since 2019, with 340+ client sessions, working with multiple companies across Tampa Bay and beyond — in industries ranging from technology and healthcare to manufacturing and defense. Before EOS, I spent 30 years in the operational trenches: global sales leadership at Nokia, President & CFO roles in PE-backed companies, M&A and turnaround work, and fractional executive consulting. I didn’t just study how businesses break down. I lived it, fixed it, and learned what actually works.
