I’m a Certified EOS Implementer® in Clearwater, Florida. I work with owners and leadership teams of privately held companies across Tampa Bay and Central Florida, 10 to 250 people, from my own session room on Belleair Road. I’m not here to run a meeting. Business transformation starts with people, and I’m driven by my faith to help the people running the company see clearly, decide with courage, and get free of a business that depends on them.
I’ve been a Certified EOS Implementer since 2019, with 370+ client sessions, working with multiple companies across Tampa Bay and beyond — in industries ranging from technology and healthcare to manufacturing and defense. Before EOS, I spent 30 years in the operational trenches: global sales leadership at Nokia, President & CFO roles in PE-backed companies, M&A and turnaround work, and fractional executive consulting. I didn’t just study how businesses break down. I lived it, fixed it, and learned what actually works.
What that means for you: you’re not getting a facilitator who reads from a playbook. You’re getting a seasoned operator who has sat in your seat, seen your problems before, and will tell you the truth with enough love that you’ll actually act on it.
If you’re in Tampa Bay or anywhere in Central Florida, I’m a short drive away. I also work with leadership teams in West Michigan, and with companies that want to run the whole thing virtually.
