Growing up in an entrepreneurial family it is no surprise that Jay spent his career helping entrepreneurial leadership teams build remarkable organizations or building them himself.
Early on Jay joined forces with two serial entrepreneurs. Shortly thereafter, he was part of a reduction in force that left over two-thirds of the company without a job. Believing in the vision, passion and tremendous drive that exists in entrepreneurs, Jay contacted the CEO and offered to stay on without pay, until the company was in a position to reinstate his salary. A short time thereafter not only was his salary reinstated, but he was promoted and received stock options. Just over two years later the company had a 9 figure exit.
4-years ago Jay led the purchase of a struggling management training company. 2-years into the turn-around they were not gaining the traction he expected and was introduced to EOS. Jay implemented EOS and established the company as one of the premier leadership training companies in the US.
Combining his experience helping other entrepreneurial leadership teams, his deep passion for entrepreneurship and expertise in implementing EOS, Jay is able to continue helping build remarkable organizations as a Professional EOS Implementer.
