Javier, a dynamic business owner and property investor, boldly left his comfort zone in sunny Spain at 17, to do an Economics degree in London, sparking his passion for business growth.
With an MBA providing a comprehensive view of business operations, Javier has successfully helped two European companies establish and expand in the UK market, achieving 5- and 10-fold growth respectively.
Javier’s father, an entrepreneur in Spain, hoped Javier would return to help run the family business. After two decades of waiting, his father sold the business at 70, experiencing relief and peace for the first time.
Tragically, the two partners that bought the business went bankrupt two years after they took over, affecting 200 employees and their families. Javier realized that if he had been there to implement EOS, the business would still be thriving today.
This pivotal experience fuels Javier’s mission. His passion is to ensure business owners and leadership teams not only succeed but also enjoy the journey. Javier is dedicated to helping them get what they want from their business and make it thrive.
