I grew up in a true entrepreneurial family where everything was a lesson about business. Just to give you an idea, at 5 years old I had a Kool-Aid stand where I completed full financial reports and filed taxes! During my college years I earned a leadership role in our family business where I led over 300 people and began to find my passion for training, development and helping others succeed. Over the next 20 years I owned or operated multiple organizations. Most recently I was the President & Integrator of Zoup!, a national restaurant chain. For five years I had Gino Wickman as my implementer, which helped me fully understand EOS and the impact it has on people’s lives. After 5 years at Zoup!, we completed a successful acquisition plan and I exited the company. Now I’m using my experience to help others get what they want out of their business.
