About

I’ve spent the past 20 years in environments where discipline and execution aren’t optional: military service, law enforcement, and healthcare management. That background shapes everything about how I work with leadership teams. I know what accountability looks like when it’s real, and I know what it costs when it isn’t.

After leaving the US Army as a Major, I built and scaled multiple dental practices across the Southeast, going from 1 to 4 locations / 40 employees over 2 years using EOS. That experience put me in the seat most of my clients are sitting in right now: owner and operator, responsible for vision, people, and execution all at once, with never quite enough hours in the day.

What I’ve learned from the military, law enforcement, and running a real business is that most leadership challenges come down to the same three things: lack of clarity about where you’re going, lack of the right people in the right seats, and lack of disciplined follow-through. EOS is the best tool for solving all three. And I’ve built my practice around helping entrepreneurs, family businesses, and non-profits in western North Carolina, eastern Tennessee, and across the Southeast put it to work.
