I help entrepreneurs and leadership teams unlock the full potential of their businesses. I grew up in an entrepreneurial household and got my start working in my family’s restaurants. Thinking I wanted something different, I went to law school. After beginning my career as an attorney, I quickly realized my true passion was building businesses and empowering people.
I left the safety of law to lead an e-commerce start-up that had hit a ceiling. During that time, I discovered EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), which became the catalyst for transforming the company. Over the next six years, EOS guided our growth from $2M to more than $25M in sales, while aligning the team and creating real accountability.
Next, I stepped into the role of CEO at a national craft brewer with operations in 30+ states and a portfolio of bars, restaurants, and hotels. Under my leadership, the company not only thrived through the pandemic but became the fastest-growing craft brewer in the U.S. in 2020, growing revenue from $25M to over $55M and expanding the team from 200 to more than 600 employees.
Because I’ve lived the challenges of growth, team alignment, and entrepreneurial chaos, I bring real-world experience to my work as a Certified EOS Implementer. I know what it takes to scale a business, build high-trust, high-accountability teams, and create clarity for leaders who want more freedom, profitability, and satisfaction from their businesses.
