About

I’m an entrepreneur first and an EOS Implementer second.

For more than 30 years, I’ve started, bought, grown, and led businesses. I’ve experienced the highs that make entrepreneurship incredibly rewarding—and the people problems, cash-flow challenges, sleepless nights, and occasional chaos that come with it.

That experience shapes how I work with leadership teams today. I’m not a career consultant coming in to tell you how to run your business. You know your business better than I ever will. My job is to teach you EOS, ask the questions that need to be asked, challenge your thinking, and help your leadership team get clear, aligned, and accountable.

My style is direct, practical, and no-BS. We’ll get to the real issues, have the conversations that need to happen, and solve them at the root. But that doesn’t mean the process has to be painful. I believe serious work and having some fun along the way can—and should—coexist.

I’m passionate about teaching pure EOS, but I also know every company starts from a different place. I’ll meet your leadership team where you and your business are today, help you master the EOS tools, and ultimately build the discipline to run EOS without me.
