About

Jarrod Upton: Clarity First. Discipline Always.

I came to EOS® after serving in entrepreneurial and operating roles where clarity and accountability determined outcomes. My MBA and CFP® background reinforce the analytical discipline I bring to growing organizations.

Throughout my career, I have worked alongside founders and leadership teams inside businesses where decisions mattered, alignment was essential, and leadership required stewardship. I have helped strengthen organizations through seasons of growth, transition, and recalibration.

I have seen what happens when growth outpaces structure. Complexity increases. Priorities blur. Execution slows. I have also seen what happens when leadership regains clarity and discipline. Decisions sharpen. Teams align. Results follow.

Across industries and stages of growth, the leadership patterns are consistent. Strong leadership teams create strong organizations.

Today, I bring that lived experience into my work as an EOS Implementer. I guide leadership teams through a disciplined process that simplifies complexity, strengthens accountability, and drives measurable results.

I work best with leaders who take stewardship seriously, value discipline, and are ready to make clear decisions and follow through.

If that sounds like you, I would welcome the conversation.

Based in Colleyville, I serve leadership teams across North Texas and West Texas.
