After serving as the CEO of a small business where we implemented EOS, I saw revenue grow 10X, margins double, work/life balance improve dramatically, and ownership freed up to pursue lifelong passions. Within EOS, my passion is the Visionary/Integrator dynamic, where I enjoy coaching owners, presidents, and CEOs toward clarity, confidence, and direction in their roles.
