I grew up in San Diego as the oldest of seven children, watching my father build and operate his dental practice for more than 30 years. From him, I learned both the freedom of ownership and the weight that comes when a business depends entirely on one person.
In 2010, I started a Soccer Shots business in San Diego. Like many founders, I experienced early momentum followed by growing complexity. Decisions bottlenecked. Issues resurfaced. Growth required more of me than I could sustainably give. I wasn’t building a business — I was building a job.
Everything changed when I discovered Traction® and the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). What stood out wasn’t theory — it was practicality. The tools were simple, structured, and built for real operators. As I implemented EOS in my company, clarity sharpened, accountability strengthened, and execution became consistent. Over time, the business stopped relying on me to hold everything together.
In 2020, those disciplines carried us through uncertainty. In 2021, I relocated to Texas and have successfully operated the business remotely ever since. For the first time, I truly owned a business — not a job.
Today, as a Professional EOS Implementer®, I work with entrepreneurial leaders and teams who want the same outcome: a business that runs with clarity and discipline, whether they are in it every day or not.
I’m passionate about helping owners define their own version of the EOS Life® — doing what they love, with people they love, making a positive impact, being appropriately compensated, and having time for the other passions that matter.
For me, success is measured by the positive impact made on others. My life is grounded in my faith in Jesus Christ and being a present father to my daughter and son. When I’m not working with leadership teams, you’ll find me fishing, diving, or competing on the basketball court or golf course — places that keep me focused, grounded, and energized.
