I went to university, landed a job in tech, and climbed the ladder all the way to IT Director. But deep down, I knew something was missing. I wasn’t truly delivering the value I knew I was capable of.
So, I took the leap and started my own company. At first, it was everything I had dreamed of. Great clients, an amazing team, and real impact. We were growing fast and making good money.
But with success came scale, and with scale came chaos.
Suddenly, I was working 14-hour days, six days a week. I’d go on holiday and spend more time on my laptop than with my family by the pool. I was constantly firefighting, stuck in the weeds, and the business that once excited me had become a source of stress. I’d walk through the doors with my name above them and feel trapped.
Then I discovered EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, and everything changed.
I realised my business didn’t lack effort or passion. It lacked structure, clarity, and accountability. Once we implemented EOS, things transformed.
Evenings were spent being present with my family. Holidays meant switching off, not logging in. The business was thriving without me constantly in the middle of it.
A few years later, EOS gave me something I never thought possible: freedom. The company could run without me, and I was able to sell it on my terms.
That’s when it hit me. If EOS could do that for me, imagine what it could do for other entrepreneurs who feel stuck, burned out, or trapped by their own success.
