Growing up I was a ski racer, and to me racing was always about how to make the next run better than the last one. Is there a better way? That question hit me hard again when I experienced first-hand the same struggles you go through daily. I was just 30 when someone offered me the backing to start a business selling and designing telecom components. As a young engineer who didn’t know any better, I jumped into the adventure.
Fortunately, with my team we were able to build a strong business; we became #1 in our market and grew to over 12 countries. Internally however, managing the rapid growth was far from a smooth ride, and I learned some tough lessons on how avoidable mistakes can lead to constant ‘firefighting’. Those lessons stayed with me in my next career phase as an investor and advisor, where I discovered my calling to help leaders scale and grow their businesses.
My passion clear, over 15+ years I have helped entrepreneurial leaders achieve more than $300 million in growth. In that journey I came across EOS® and it was love at first sight. Being an EOS Implementer is the better way to channel my passion for helping leadership teams become the very best they can be.
