I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. As a first-generation American from a family of business owners, I learned early that success isn’t handed to you—you build it through hard work, clear priorities, and a solid team.
Over the past 30 years, I’ve helped countless leaders turn chaos into clarity. My background includes leadership roles at companies like Dun & Bradstreet, Wells Fargo, Corporate Executive Board, and Vistage Worldwide. Along the way, I learned what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to growth, accountability, and building strong, healthy teams.
As an Expert EOS Implementer®, I work with small and mid-sized businesses to help them gain traction—real traction—using simple, practical tools. I’m part coach, part accountability partner, and sometimes the person who asks the hard questions no one else will.
