About

I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. Whether that’s growing profitably, building a stronger leadership team, creating more accountability, or getting out of the day-to-day weeds, I believe business owners deserve to enjoy the businesses they’ve worked so hard to build.

As a first-generation American from a family of business owners, I learned early that success isn’t handed to you—you build it through hard work, clear priorities, strong leadership, and the right people around you. I understand the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship because I’ve seen business ownership from the inside.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve guided leaders in transforming chaos into clarity, drawing on executive experience across Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-sized businesses, and entrepreneurial organizations. At Vistage Worldwide, I partnered with more than 100 chairs, gaining valuable insight into what helps leaders and organizations succeed. My experience reinforced the importance of clear goals, practical systems, accountability, and building strong, healthy teams that deliver measurable results.

As an Expert EOS Implementer®, I help small and mid-sized business owners and their leadership teams implement EOS® to get Vision, Traction, and Healthy. But my role goes beyond introducing tools and processes. I’m a hands-on implementation partner, coach, and sounding board who helps leaders put EOS principles into practice, work through their biggest challenges, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and build teams that take ownership and get things done.

I believe EOS provides an incredible framework for building a better business, and strong leadership is what brings it to life. I’m part coach, part accountability partner, and sometimes the person who asks the hard questions no one else will.

My goal is simple: Help business owners build better businesses, become better leaders, and create the freedom, results, and quality of life they envisioned when they first started their companies.
