Jack began his career over 25 years ago teaching Biology and coaching swimmers to achieve their goals. Always believing in his students, he challenged them to never settle and seek out future objectives. He then took his own advice and pursued a career in business and management.
Jack began as a Sales Representative in the medical device industry. After an award winning representative career, he moved into sales management crafting data driven solutions driven to produce consistent results. Jack then purchased an agency with a vision to grow it to over 100 employees with multiple offices.
After being introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System in 2018, Jack implemented EOS into his business and continued seeing success but with a healthier company. A firm believer in EOS, Jack decided his next career move would be to become an EOS Implementer and help other companies achieve their Vision.
Jack’s professional passion is helping companies achieve Vision, Traction, Healthy. When not working with leadership teams, you can normally find Jack enjoying the outdoors with his family.
