In a world where businesses come and go, the ones that truly stand the test of time are those with a clear purpose—a mission that goes beyond just profits.
Organizations that have a strong sense of purpose don’t just exist; they make a difference—to their employees, customers, and the world around them. They attract passionate people, foster innovation, and create a culture where everyone feels like they are part of something bigger than themselves.
I recently came back in contact with a group of men whom I played rugby union with at Gordon Rugby Club. As an organisation it has attracted passionate people and definitely had a culture where everyone feels like they are part of something bigger than themselves.
This organisation has impacted my life profoundly. When we played the club had a vision that inspired me, it challenged me and the mission resonated with me.
When we align ourselves with businesses that stand for something meaningful, work becomes more than just a job—it becomes a calling. And in today’s fast-paced world, that sense of purpose isn’t just important—it’s essential. Quote: ” Saturday is Rugby Day!”
