Is EOS Right for Your Organization?

Is EOS Right for Your Organization?

Here’s How to Find Out.

If you’ve been curious about EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, and wondering whether it’s worth a closer look for your business, the best way to find out is in a 90-Minute Meeting.

This is a conversation in which I sit with you and your leadership team for ninety minutes. No slide deck, no high-pressure close at the end, no obligation when we’re done.

Just three things we’re trying to accomplish together:

  • Get to know each other
  • Walk through what EOS is, so you can decide if there’s a fit
  • Set clear expectations of what the process looks like if you decide to move forward

To get there, we cover four parts.

Part 1: About Us

I share a bit about EOS, where it came from, and what it’s designed to do. I also share a bit about me, how I got into this work, and why I do it. By the end of this part, you’ll have a sense of who’s sitting across from you and how I work.

Part 2: About You

Then I turn the conversation. I ask your team honest questions about where the business has been, where it is today, and where you’re trying to take it. Things like how effective your meetings really are. How aligned the team is around the plan. What kind of accountability actually exists in the company today. The kind of questions most leadership teams don’t slow down to answer out loud, together, in the same room.

Part 3: The Tools

Once I have a feel for where you are, I walk you through the EOS Model. This is where the conversation gets tangible. I show you the core tools we use to help companies strengthen their business, and how they’d actually work inside your organization. You walk away from this part with a clear picture of what these tools look like in practice, and what running on EOS could look like for your team.

Part 4: The Process

The last part is understanding the roadmap of how I help my clients transform.

I walk you through what working together actually looks like. The first full day is called the Focus Day, and from there the journey unfolds over roughly two years.

That word, journey, matters. Most of our clients work with us for around two years and then graduate. That’s the point. My job isn’t to embed myself in your business forever. My job is to help your team master these tools and then get out of your way.

I also walk through how the fees work. It’s a daily session fee, fully guaranteed. No contracts, no upfront commitments. If you don’t get the value you wanted from a session, you don’t pay for it. It keeps me sharp, and it’s the structure I’ve always believed in.

A Word on Whether This Is Right for You

EOS isn’t for every company. It works best with leadership teams who are willing to be open, honest, and committed to growing, both individually and together.

You don’t have to be there yet. You just have to be willing to go there.
