Choose an EOS Implementer on five things: verify they are listed in the EOS Worldwide directory, ask about their real operating experience, test for cultural fit, watch how they facilitate, and use the free 90-minute meeting as a working interview. There are often people who were former Integrators or worked in a company running on EOS, but EOS Implementer undergo full-day quarterly trainings and are held accountable for running EOS as designed. It’s a labor of love to ensure you receive the experience.
I am a Certified EOS Implementer® based in Denver, Colorado, and co-author of Process!, the official EOS book on the Process Component. Industry does not matter. Fit and facilitation do. I work with leadership teams across Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, and the Front Range, and I also offer virtual sessions.
