Not on its own. AI can help you draft processes, summarize meetings, and organize documents. It cannot facilitate the hard conversations, read the room, or hold a leadership team accountable to a decision. That is the difference a live EOS Implementer makes. Use AI for the paperwork. Use a person for the behavior change.
I am a Certified EOS Implementer® in Denver and co-author of Process!. A great session is not information transfer. It is a trained facilitator naming the thing nobody will say, keeping the room honest, and getting real commitments from real people. AI is a strong assistant. It is not a substitute for accountability. Use both, and use each for what it does well.
