Mark C. Winters is an Expert EOS Implementer who has delivered over 1,000 full-day workshops with leadership teams worldwide. Author of VISIONARY and co-author of the best-selling ROCKET FUEL with Gino Wickman, Mark is also the founder of Rocket Fuel University. With 30+ years building and advising companies, from napkin startups to global enterprises like Procter & Gamble and BP, Mark's passion is helping driven and visionary entrepreneurs get unstuck and expand their unique freedom, exponentially. His entrepreneurial journey includes over 15 ventures, including one exit that delivered a 100x return in under three years.

Our company founder Gino Wickman, started his entrepreneurial journey at age 21. After taking over the family business at age 25, he turned the company around and continued running it for another seven years before selling it. During that time, Gino became involved with the Detroit chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and found himself advising many of his fellow EO members. This led to the discovery that he had a passion for helping entrepreneurs and began the vision for what would become the Entrepreneurial Operating System®.
