As an Expert EOS Implementer and the Creator of ProfitWorks, I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. Raised in an entrepreneurial household and wired to serve bold thinkers, my first taste of entrepreneurship came in high school, creating and selling James Dean t-shirts out of my locker. That early experience sparked a lifelong drive to become a Hero to Entrepreneurs.
Since 1996, I have worked with hundreds of business owners. As an Expert EOS Implementer, former EOS Community Leader, co-founder of the EOS Conference, and the author of three books — Vision Works, Profit Works, and Stretch Not Snap — I am devoted to helping entrepreneurs achieve their vision and develop cultures of employees who think and act like owners.
