I’m Ian Tonks, an Expert EOS Implementer serving clients from Southern California to Northern California to Las Vegas. My passion is helping leadership teams get unstuck, rediscover why they started, and run better businesses with less stress.
I’ve worn the hats myself: CEO of a 650-employee company, fundraiser leading multi-million-dollar campaigns, and author of several books on coaching, business development, and faith. I also created Masterful Management, a manager coaching program that equips frontline and mid-level managers with real-world tools, and co-founded Charipillar, a wellness-based fundraising platform with a bold goal of raising $1 billion for 10 charities by 2036.
With nearly 1,000 EOS session days delivered, I bring candor, care, and just enough humor to keep tough conversations productive. I challenge when needed, celebrate wins, and remind leadership teams that business is supposed to be rewarding, not just exhausting.

When I step away from session work, I pour into what matters most, family, faith, and giving back. From cheering on my daughter at cross country and track meets in Southern Orange County to supporting initiatives in youth development, health research, and church life, I stay rooted in purpose.
