I’m a Professional EOS Implementer® based in Hamilton, serving leadership teams across the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Brantford, and Niagara. I bring more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience, including five years living EOS® from the inside as an Integrator at The Golfi Team.
From the outside, our business looked successful. We were growing, hitting our numbers, and moving fast. Inside, we were dealing with constant urgency, unclear roles, and issues we knew needed attention but kept putting off. Too much depended on a few people, and our leadership team wasn’t always moving in the same direction.
Our introduction to EOS was a 90-Minute Meeting. We saw how a simple structure could help us get clear, take ownership, and follow through. We hired an EOS Implementer and began doing the work.
As the Integrator, I helped carry that work into daily operations. I experienced the difficult conversations, the discipline of keeping commitments, and the shift that happens when a leadership team starts solving problems together. Clearer roles and better meetings gave us back time we had been losing to confusion and putting out fires.
Alongside my operating role, I spent five years coaching business owners and leaders across North America. That work strengthened my ability to ask better questions, challenge people with care, and help leaders turn good intentions into action.
Those experiences are why I became an EOS Implementer. I know how much energy it takes to lead a growing business, especially when you feel responsible for keeping everything moving.
I work best with entrepreneurial companies with 10 or more employees and a leadership team in place or taking shape. Often, growth has outpaced their structure. The owner is pulled into too many decisions, priorities keep shifting, and good people aren’t clear on what they own.
My style is direct, practical, and grounded in care. I ask questions, challenge assumptions, and help teams address what they’ve been avoiding. I believe accountability is one of the highest forms of love, because clear expectations and honest conversations give people the chance to succeed.
