I’m an EOS® Implementer who helps entrepreneurial teams get unstuck and create clarity, accountability, and real Traction®. After 30 years as a CFO for small- and mid-sized companies, I know what it’s like to lead a business through fast growth, competing priorities, and the occasional chaos that comes with trying to keep everything afloat.
After burning out in the corporate world, I knew my next chapter would focus on helping business leaders, drawn to the human side of business. I had the opportunity to buy an executive and leadership development training business from a friend who wanted to step back. Unfortunately, two weeks later, he died while on vacation—I lost a friend, a mentor, and a business partner, and his wife was not interested in selling. That experience proved to me that I wanted to help business owners and leaders live the lives they want and teach them tools on how to do that; this is when I decided to become an EOS® Implementer.
Today, I bring my business and financial expertise, strategic insight, and human-centered approach to help leaders build healthy, high-performing teams. My goal is simple: to help entrepreneurs and executive teams shift from reacting to creating, so they can run their businesses confidently while building the kind of team and life they endeavored to achieve in the beginning.
