About

I am passionate about helping business owners build absolutely badass teams!!

As a Division 1 athlete, civilian with the US Army and business owner, I have been a part of a LOT of teams. Some of those teams have been great and some of them have been terrible. Despite my experience as a high-level athlete, military leader and a business owner, I didn’t know how to build badass teams intentionally. I didn’t know how to create culture purposefully.I didn’t know how to deliberately get human energy all working in the same direction. The result for me as a business owner was a crappy team and a lot of stress. It wasn’t until I found the book Traction and the EOS Tools did I finally understand how to intentionally build a badass team who could get stuff done and achieve unimaginable results.

I am so grateful now to live my passion of building and growing badass teams while helping business owners get absolutely everything they want from their business and live their ideal life!
