I bring 30+ years of experience as a military and business leader to my role as a Leadership Team coach. Having served overseas and at the Pentagon, I have a unique perspective on what it takes to bring a team together to execute in high-pressure situations. For years, I have helped founders and owners grow from seed to scale—working with companies across a broad range of industries.
