Over the past 35+ years, I’ve dedicated my career to working alongside entrepreneurs, helping them tackle challenges and seize opportunities. For six of those years, I served as President/Integrator for two organizations running on EOS®, where I experienced firsthand the powerful transformation EOS brings to leadership teams, culture, and results.
That experience as a client profoundly shaped my belief in the system—and ultimately inspired me to help others achieve the same clarity, traction, and team health. Today, as a seasoned EOS Implementer™, I bring real-world experience and a passion for coaching leaders through meaningful change.
I love teaching, facilitating, and guiding entrepreneurial teams to harness the full power of EOS: creating accountability, driving growth, and building stronger, healthier organizations. I partner with visionary leaders ready to bring structure to chaos and realize the full potential of their business.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my amazing wife, time with our three adult children, and staying active—especially on the pickleball court or golf course.
