Coming from entrepreneurial roots, right out of University I jumped into a start-up venture in the tech industry. For over a decade, built a career in Marketing and Business Development, helping hundreds of business owners and getting to know their successes and struggles. While each business and team was unique, there were a few consistent challenges: people, profit and process.
In my most recent leadership role I was introduced to EOS and experienced firsthand how EOS contributed to record breaking growth and we were ultimately acquired. But more importantly, I saw how EOS gave my team their lives back. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping leaders get 100% on the same page with their vision, execute on that vision and build a highly successful legacy with amazing people and culture.
