I started my first business in high school selling firewood and cleaning Mt St Helens ash from gutters. My professional career started as a manufacture’s sales rep pioneering new product lines in the consumer electronics space. I co-founded two sales organizations growing one to over $25M and went on to spend 12 years in corporate America managing sales teams and business units for a publicly held company in Silicon Valley.
In 2008 I joined a struggling manufacturing company. Sales growth outpaced our processes and structure and I realized we were in trouble. Shortly after completing a turnaround with my amazing leadership team, I was introduced to EOS, and it changed my life! I went on to transform three more organizations using EOS before becoming a Professional EOS Implementer.
In my 30+ years of leadership experience from startups to C-suite roles, I’ve faced the many challenges that entrepreneurs will eventually face. Some of my greatest lessons came from mistakes and failures along the way. My journey has led me back to my roots and passion for helping smaller entrepreneurial organizations.
