I grew up in a family where my parents were both workers and entrepreneurs – in addition to their day jobs, my mother ran a boutique coffee shop and my father had a tax preparation business for small business owners. I learned from them values that I still adhere to today – work hard, do what you say, serve others, and be a lifelong learner.
In 2009 I took over a troubled business in SoCal – rebuilt the entire leadership team, delivered an overdue product, and returned the operation to profitability – generating over $1.5 MM profit in 2011.
For the last fifteen years, I have been running peer groups helping leaders of small and medium-sized businesses. I had been looking for a business system that strengthened the entire leadership teams and could help companies align and execute from top to bottom. I found the Entrepreneurial Operating System – fell in love with the fact that it was a complete, practical system that really makes a difference.
