About

Georges is an EOS Implementer who works with founder-led companies to bring clarity, discipline and team health to their senior leadership teams. He helps leadership teams break through the barriers that hold them back from reaching their full potential. One of the most common barriers he addresses is communication. Georges creates a safe space where leaders can be open and have the conversations they should be having.

Prior to becoming an EOS Implementer, Georges founded and led two B2B technology companies between 1998 and 2014. His first venture was a professional services firm, followed by a retail software solution serving Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical and Consumer Packaged Goods organizations. By 2013, his retail execution platform had been deployed across four continents, ultimately resulting in a successful, though unplanned exit.

Georges joined EOS Worldwide in 2018 and has since helped more than 50 founder-led companies shift from simply building their business to intentionally building the people within it, accelerating their growth and helping them get traction faster than they could on their own.

Georges takes great pride and finds deep purpose in working alongside leadership teams, helping them gain clarity, strengthen their organization and ultimately achieve what they set out to accomplish, while balancing both their business and their personal lives.
