I built two b2b start-ups in the Pharmaceutical & Consumer Goods Industry’s, and had a successful exit.
I remember too well the pains and frustrations of entrepreneurial leaders and the understanding of their unique characteristics and their communication styles.
I joined EOS Worldwide in 2018 as an EOS Implementer to help Leaders not live what I lived.
Today as a coach and having worked with over 35 teams, 300+ sessions and Graduated 11 team’s. My ‘WHY” is to continue my path to mastery as a facilitator and coach and to continue doing the impactful work helping build GREAT Teams.
