George Liberopoulos is a Professional Expert EOS Implementer™ who helps growth-minded founders and leadership teams systemise ambition, so they can scale with clarity, move faster on the right opportunities, and enjoy life beyond the business.

George’s entrepreneurial story began at 12: painting houses, visiting clients and suppliers and prepping proposals for his father’s trade business. That early experience grounded his pragmatic, people-first approach to leadership and growth.

With 20+ years in advisory and c-suite roles, including Chief Commercial Officer at Aon, he has built and developed high-performing teams across global markets and industries. He’s led operations, growth, client strategy, and culture and leadership transformations on five continents.

George didn’t just adopt EOS. He tested it where it mattered most. After implementing it inside his own HR SaaS startup, he saw the impact firsthand: fewer bottlenecks, better decisions, and faster execution. EOS became the missing link he’d been looking for.

Today, he combines deep commercial experience, a love of story, and EOS mastery to help leaders seize the moments that matter: before burnout, before chaos. Because real leadership isn’t about luck. It’s about solving issues at the root, before they become roadblocks and creating the space for them to grow and thrive.

In his personal time, George’s passion is Formula 1, football and cinema and he never misses a gym session with his kids.
