About

I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was fourteen — a motorsport photography business that turned into a Formula 1 memorabilia business I still run today, almost thirty years later. So I know what it’s like to build something you love and then find it can’t run without you.

I found EOS the way most owners do: in the middle of that problem. As COO of a fast-growing Microsoft consultancy, we were leaning too hard on the founder and the leadership team wasn’t pulling as one. We self-implemented from the book Traction, then brought in an implementer, and for the first time the leadership team was aligned on a vision and the targets to get there. It resonated because it’s common sense — simple, practical, and there’s a proven way to put it in.

In 2022 I joined Centauri as CEO and did it again. Running on EOS, we grew revenue four times in twelve months and built a business that didn’t depend on its founders. In May 2026 the business was acquired.

Both times the pattern was the same: the system works from the book, and it works far better with someone in the room keeping you honest. That’s the seat I’m in now. I’m based in Melbourne’s south-east and work with owners and leadership teams of privately held businesses of roughly 10 to 250 people — across Melbourne and Victoria, and interstate for the right fit.

Today EOS gives me the balance most business owners are chasing — a business I love, and time with my daughter. A better business and a better life: I’ve had both. Now I help owners get the same.
