For most of my life, I’ve been learning how to focus my attention on what matters most.
As a child, I was diagnosed with a learning disability and often heard the words, “Focus, Gavin.” The challenge was that nobody taught me how. I had to learn how to direct my attention, build awareness, and turn potential into progress.
Years later, as an entrepreneur, I discovered that business owners face a similar challenge. Too many priorities compete for attention. Too many important conversations get avoided. Too much energy is lost without alignment around what matters most.
I experienced this firsthand while building KindHuman Bicycles and through starting, acquiring, turning around, and exiting businesses. I loved building companies, but I also experienced the chaos that comes when a leadership team is not aligned.
Discovering EOS changed how I ran my business. It gave me the tools to create clarity, align my team, build accountability, and create traction. Along the way, I realized the work I was most passionate about was helping other entrepreneurs experience that same transformation.
Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer, I help growth-minded entrepreneurs build leadership teams they can trust. We focus attention on what matters most, have the conversations that matter, and create the clarity, alignment, and traction needed to grow without giving up their freedom.
My approach is grounded in kindness, clarity, and courage. I believe growth is not about becoming someone different – it is about strengthening what already exists. The challenges we experience can become the foundation for something stronger.
