I was raised by my grandparents who ran a successful truck repair business. I always wanted to run my own business, but there was an unspoken rule in my family – “Go to college”. When I had to skip my own paycheck to make payroll, I understood why – running a business is tough, risky, and full of sacrifices.
Even with some success in corporate, I never gave up on the idea running my own businesses. I made attempts… One got me a patent, while another led to helping wheelchair users. I explored other ideas that never took off. Then, I had the chance to start a business with three other people, and I jumped on it.
It was everything I’d hoped for. It was fun, exciting, challenging, etc. But… it was also painful, eating my time and energy. Chaotic entrepreneurship was hurting both my family and my health, and our business was struggling despite all the hard work.
Then we found EOS and implemented it. Within a year, we’d turned the company around. Over the next 18 months, we grew like crazy, increasing our revenue 5X and doubling our profits!
