I have over 25 years of business experience. I love to be part of a growing, entrepreneurial, healthy business. I love the challenge of business, solving issues and achieving results, yet I struggled to keep my job in a box and find time for the things in life that matter to me.
As a business leader I felt the classic frustrations: working too hard, not enough growth or profit, that feeling of being stuck. Then I experienced the impact of running a business on EOS for 10 years. We clarified our vision, executed well and built team health. The business had a transformation, achieving strong growth and profitability, and I found the EOSLife. I was doing work I loved with great people and making a meaningful impact, while having time for the people and things that matter most to me.
