Frederick founded his first real business after college and was fortunate enough to grow and take that company through to IPO in 7 years. He exited the public domain about 8 years later. During this break, he started his Flight Instructors rating and told the owner that if he wanted to sell, they must talk as he is sure he can grow this company. Well, 3 months later Frederick was the owner of a flight school. He expanded into an aviation group of multiple companies offering the whole spectrum of aviation-related services and maintenance. During the same time, he also founded several companies in the FinTech and Property Management Space. This journey introduced him to EOS in 2015. With the ability to work “ON the business and not IN the business”, he expanded operations to the USA. He was fortunate to successfully exit all these companies over a period of 4 years. He is a member of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) in San Diego, serving on the board. As an active business coach, he turned the full circle to become an EOS implementer and to share the gift he received to get out of the weeds.
