My journey started as a sales & marketing leader for a high-growth technology business. After two business misfires, one where our product wasn’t competitive and another dealing with a rogue leader that sucked the life out of our team, we took a step back, rebuilt a healthy leadership team and crystallized our vision. From there, we were able to deliver significant, sustained revenue growth for over 15 years. One of my favorite roles and keys to our success was partnering with dozens of entrepreneurs, facilitating and coaching hundreds of quarterly business reviews to grow our businesses together.
While we achieved our business dreams, many were left feeling empty with struggles in their marriages, families and with their health. That broke my heart and fueled my passion and purpose! In 2017, I began to feel empty, and the business that I loved was no longer fulfilling. I decided to take the leap and focus full-time on my passion: unleashing leaders to be their best in business and life thru EOS Implementation.
