I spent the first chapter of my career climbing the proverbial corporate ladder at a billion-dollar SaaS company; until one day I woke up and realized my life was leading to a bunch of future regrets. On a total whim I bought a bakery with my sister. Over 7 years, we rode the roller coaster of small business until eventually selling that business for more than we would ever make selling cupcakes.
Two totally different worlds, but both taught me the same thing: grit, positivity, and creativity matter—but even the best leaders still bang their heads against the same three walls: people, profit, and process.
I know these frustrations firsthand. In 2016, I discovered and implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS). The result? The chaos settled, the business ran smoother, profit margins grew, and—maybe most importantly—it actually got fun again.
Now I help other entrepreneurial leadership teams do the same. I bring big energy, straight talk and a proven system that makes growing a business simpler, healthier, and a lot more fun.
