In 1994, I co-founded a two-man web design and development company. Over 25 years, we felt like the business ran us, and we were not running the business. We struggled our way to 75 people and $15M in revenue. In 2019, we made the most impactful decision that helped us grow the business 5x in three years. That decision was to implement EOS as our business “operating system.”
The next 3 years running on EOS we grew the business to 450 people and $75M in revenue. Those three years were the most fun, productive, and rewarding years of my 30 year entrepreneurial journey, and ultimately led to the sale of the business in 2022.
After stepping away in 2024, I became an EOS Implementer to help business owners build better businesses, and build better lives. Now I get to spend my days doing what I love – working with growth minded business owners that want to get more from their businesses.
