I come from an entrepreneurial family, have led the growth of an entrepreneurial company from $5 to $25 million. Since then, as an award-winning CEO coach and peer group leader, have over 10,000 hours of coaching and facilitating CEOs to successfully grow their businesses and lead better lives.
After graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering and working at Procter and Gamble, I joined my father in the business and experienced firsthand the chaos in an entrepreneurial business.
I took over and led the growth 5x by developing a leadership team, creating, and sharing a vision, and putting discipline and accountability in place.
We sold the business and when I left, I committed to leading peer groups for and coaching CEOs of entrepreneurial companies. I noticed the same pattern of chaos and anxiety.
I then committed myself to stamp this out and replace it with organizational clarity and calm, fierce action, helping leaders grow great and lasting companies where people really matter.
Four years ago, I discovered EOS, implemented it with leadership teams, and quickly saw positive transformations that changed their lives and the lives of their families, and their teams.
