I’ve been an entrepreneur and business leader for the past 22 years. In 2011, a company I was asked to lead was declining in revenue, losing customers and out of cash. It was a situation I had not faced before and I wasn’t sure where to begin. Thankfully, a colleague of mine handed me a copy of Traction and introduced me to Mike Paton, who I immediately hired as my EOS Implementer. Over the next three short years we turned things around. We grew revenue from $20M to $45M and profits from $-2M to $+4M. We won awards for the health of our culture and went onto have a successful exit from that business, securing a significant return for all stakeholders.
I have since gone on to replicate that success in other companies, strengthening my trust in and passion for EOS and the positive impact it can have on business owners, employees and their customers. I now spend all of my time helping other entrepreneurs and their leadership teams achieve the same level of success, get what they want from their businesses, and live their best lives.
