About

Eric brings a wealth of experience and hands-on leadership as a Certified EOS Implementer®. He has led three companies as President or CEO using the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, giving him a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to successfully implement EOS and build a thriving business.

Before becoming an Implementer, Eric served as CEO of Aebi-Schmidt North America, a global leader in developing smart products for mission-critical infrastructure.

Over the past five years, Eric has facilitated more than 425 EOS sessions, helping leadership teams gain alignment, strengthen accountability, and solve the issues holding them back.

Eric’s facilitation style is direct, respectful, and action-oriented. He creates an environment where every voice is heard, productive conversations take place, and teams leave with clear decisions and next steps.

Eric lives in the Chicagoland area with his wife, Carrie, and their five children. Outside of work, he values time with family and understands firsthand the importance of building a business that supports the life you want to live, not the other way around.
