About

Eric brings a wealth of experience and hands-on leadership as a Certified EOS Implementer®. He’s led three companies as President or CEO using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS), giving him a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to run and grow a successful business.

Before becoming an Implementer, Eric served as CEO of Aebi-Schmidt North America, a global leader in developing smart products for mission-critical infrastructure.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Taylor University and pursued postgraduate studies in Entrepreneurship at Ball State University’s Business School, where he also served as a Graduate Assistant.

Eric lives in the Chicagoland area with his wife, Carrie, and their five children. Outside of work, he values time with family and enjoys the same balance and clarity he helps leaders create in their own businesses.

As a Certified EOS Implementer®, Eric is passionate about helping entrepreneurial leaders get what they want from their businesses and thrive in the process.
