My EOS Story Throughout my career as an entrepreneur and operations executive, I’ve sat in the “Integrator” seat multiple times. I know the friction that exists when a leadership team is working hard but isn’t aligned. I discovered EOS while leading high-growth organizations through equity rounds and complex exits (including sales to Accenture and Vista Equity Partners).
I became an Implementer because I saw firsthand that the difference between a company that “survives” growth and one that “scales” growth is a disciplined operating system. I now partner with leadership teams of all types to bridge the gap between long-term vision and daily execution.
