About

After founding and running companies for 40+ years, Elizabeth Davis has spent the past eight years in the room with leadership teams. During this time, Elizabeth has led 500 sessions, not coaching from the outside, but working alongside founders, CEOs, and their people to build the systems that make great businesses actually run.

As an expert EOS Implementer® and business consultant and strategist in Austin, Elizabeth works with privately held companies of 10 to 250 employees across every industry, from technology firms to nonprofits. Her approach is direct, the EOS process is proven, and her client testimonials speak for themselves.

What sets Elizabeth’s approach apart isn’t just her EOS expertise. It’s that she’s walked in your shoes. As a founder who launched, funded, and navigated a cloud computing company through a successful exit to NetSuite, she knows the weight of scaling a business firsthand. Combined with her leadership work across international nonprofits, Elizabeth brings a deeply empathetic, lived perspective to the room, helping leadership teams navigate growth and hard conversations because she’s lived them herself.

Outside of supporting leaders, Elizabeth is passionate about tennis and scuba diving and lives a balanced life between work and family.
