After spending most of his career on the leadership teams of companies, working hard to find the right solutions or systems needed, Eli knows what it’s like to wear a lot of hats and understands the joys – and the challenges – of running a successful business.
Eli is obsessed with organizational development – finding ways to successfully implement change that improves performance and gets better results, he understands that running a business is something very meaningful to its leaders and at the same time can be extremely difficult.
After getting introduced to EOS he immediately fell in love with the process, Eli chose to leave his position on the leadership team to become an EOS Implementer and pursue his lifelong passion to help people/business owners and their leadership teams create a more functional business.
