I spent the first decade of my career in the CPG food industry, selling to the major food retailers in the U.S. I got to learn how the world’s biggest companies operate and, while the learning was incredible, I realized I didn’t fully love the work.
During that season, I heard the ‘entrepreneurial call’ many of us know so well and I followed it. It led to years of incredibly hard – but endlessly exciting work – building businesses I loved and discovering EOS along the way. I had found my passion – helping entrepreneurs build healthy companies – and everything clicked.
I love that I get to work with entrepreneurs every day: teaching, coaching, and facilitating leadership teams to build profound, meaningful organizations.
I live in Fayetteville, AR, and work within a two-hour radius of Northwest Arkansas. My wife Angela and our kids, Arden and Beck, are everything. I love golf, fishing, teaching Sunday School and BBQ.
