I graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with honors, spent a decade flying as a pilot, and earned the title of Distinguished Graduate at Squadron Officer School’s Leadership Academy.
After, I joined a business aircraft brokerage. Within six years as Managing Partner & President, we grew 6x—on paper, a success story. In reality? Every win came with friction. I was running hard but never really in control.
I finally stepped away—spending a summer hiking the Appalachian Trail and exploring Alaska.
